Chris Webb is part of New Zealand's Government Chief Digital Office (GCDO), he leads Commercial Strategy & Delivery which is responsible for transforming how government adopts & applies ICT & Digital capability. This transformation is being achieved through engaging government and the market in co-design of outcomes, not solutions, to establish the nature of the demand and then enabling easy access to the capabilities to accelerate digital government transformation, as a driver for better citizen and business outcomes for New Zealand.

After an early career in UK government, Chris had 20 years of senior leadership experience in the ICT services industry in the private sector before joining Internal Affairs in 2010.
